Get out of the hustle and bustle of everyday life and enjoy your time in peace: At a leisurely pace, the Lößnitzgrundbahn puffs from Radebeul through the Lößnitzgrund to Moritzburg. The crossing of the Dippelsdorf pond is probably unique. The steam train crosses the pond on a 210 m long embankment. The famous Moritzburg hunting lodge is one of the many destinations along the railroad, as is the forest and pond landscape. It offers breathers on the banks and a variety of cycling and hiking trails. Cyclists have good cards. With an additional ticket for the bike, the same is stowed in the luggage car of the narrow-gauge railroad.
