Recreation and swimming fun in the NaturErlebnisBad Großenhain!
After extensive renovations, the newly designed natural pool invites young and old to splash, slide, swim and relax to their heart's content. As before, the water is purified purely biologically, without chemical additives. Großenhain, the "friendly town in the countryside", has consciously decided against a technical chlorine bath.

Especially the youngest bath visitors were thought of, because the new toddlers' pool with a mobile slide and sun sail canopy finds many fans in summer. And the 10-meter long wide-wave slide into the non-swimmers' area makes not only children's eyes sparkle. All swimmers are happy about the newly designed swimmers' area with three 50-meter lanes and one 25-meter lane. The swimmers' area has also been structurally separated from the diving area so that the swimmers' and jumpers' lanes no longer cross. The 2.50 meter high diving rock, the landmark of the bath, has also found its place in the natural bath again.

Among other things, visitors praise the successful design, the good water quality in all pool areas, the foot-friendly, non-slip liner in the toddlers' pool and in the non-swimmers' area and, last but not least, the family-friendly admission prices.

And even away from the bathing fun, variety, recreation and gastronomic care are provided. Parasols and trees provide shade, and the open areas include a beach volleyball court, table tennis tables, a small soccer field, a sandbox with a water feature, open areas for other sports, such as badminton and skill fields, and sunbathing lawns.

Integrated in the functional building is a bistro snack bar, which offers a wide range of food, drinks and a selection of delicious ice cream.

Those who always need to be up to date can use the free WLAN.

Visiting the bath is also an experience for visitors with limited mobility. The handicapped-accessible entrance to the bathing area, the barrier-free use of the changing rooms and the equally unrestricted use of the showers allow unrestricted bathing pleasure.

And the economic efficiency of the NaturErlebnisBad has been supported since 2020 by the installation of a photovoltaic system to generate energy for self-consumption.

Have we aroused your interest in a visit to the baths in Großenhain?

Then pack your swimwear and visit the NaturErlebnisBad - we look forward to seeing you!
