Wart Tower
- Planned as a lookout tower for Weinböhla, it collapsed during construction in 1900 and remained as a ruin.
- Northwestern viewpoint on the Weinböhla heights
This vantage point offers a limited but picturesque view over the vineyards into the Elbe valley from Meißen to Radebeul. It is a popular hiking destination, lit at night, a beautiful panorama.
The cultural engineer Carl Wilhelm Wießner, who deservedly contributed to the beautification of Weinböhla and who had already created the concept for the Friedensturm, had the Wartturm built in 1900 as a 13 m high observation tower. Shortly before its completion, the structure collapsed on July 1, 1900, so it remained as a ruin.
