Between Pirna and Diesbar-Seußlitz stretches the approximately 60 kilometers long Saxon Wine Route, founded in 1992.
Distance 64.3 km
Today, the Saxon Wine Route leads through the most beautiful sections of Saxony's Elbe Valley: sun-drenched and lovely. An almost Mediterranean attitude to life whets the appetite for the wines of the region - and they can be enjoyed directly from the winegrower, in the wine taverns along the way or in traditional wine taverns and restaurants.
